ARTHZZ provides electronic color-changing nail products, accessories, a mobile application, and related services. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of order. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund.
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
The ARTHZZ app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app. Pro features require a monthly subscription.
The ARTHZZ name, logo, product designs, technology, and content are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Our digital nail technology is patent-pending.
ARTHZZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
