At ARTHZZ, we stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging with all accessories included
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Return

1. Contact our support team at returns@arthzz.com with your order number.

2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.

4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.

5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items)
• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@arthzz.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll ship the replacement once the original item is on its way back to us.

Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment for a full refund. For shipped orders, standard return policy applies.
